“overall speaking, hotel service was very good which was not only offered by housekeeping, the service of bell counter and front desk were also nice. For example, housekeeping staff offered a heater initiatively when I requested for an extra quilt; the bell staff were patient to help my old mother to book a taxi and asked her to take a seat at lobby while she was waiting. Besides, the receptionist explained patiently and clearly upon my late check-out request. Most staff's appearance are neat,……
