Its a great hotel to stay at if one is working in Haining or Jiaxing. One can even cover Hangzhou from Haibing's Pulman. All facilities are good. Breakfast is excellent . Hotel had a nice number of foreign visitors which is a good recommendation in itself. i will stay here again.

This is a lovely property, but the lighting had problems even after multiple requests, air conditioner not working well and many repairs needed in the bathroom shower tiles. Front desk staff very accommodating. Chinese restaurant has excellent food and breakfast was wonderful.

조용한 위치이나 편이시설이 멀리 있음

공원같이 꾸며져 있고 하이닝에서는 가장 좋은 호텔입니다. 단 주위가 주거지구이기 때문에 로컬식당은 있으나 다양하지 않은것 같습니다. 편의점이나 식료품점이 너무 멀리 떨어져 있습니다.

this hotel has gone down hill very fast

stay in this hotel on a regular bases, i checked in last week, the reception was a trainee hence very in raw but the manager took control and everything was very smooth, so overall it was a good check in experience. when i got to my room, the temperature showed 27c however the set temperature was set at 19c. from my experience to save money in Chinese hotels in winter months they turn off the A/C compressor so instead of getting A/C you only get fan. but it gets very stuffy when all the windows does not open only with a small window that opens only just slightly. when i called the hotel replied let us change you to a different room at the other side that does not face the sun. i repeated asked them to turn on the A/C but they keep on ignoring so i gave up and through out my 4 nights of stay i was consistently hot anthed had really bad nights of sleep. NOT HAPPY !!! there was a long strand of hair at the bathroom sink when i was first walked in also. Breakfast buffet has also been reduced to save money, with reductions on variety. I won't be returning because i hate not having A/C or Fresh Air by being able to open the window. I know other chinese hotels with bigger window openings so i can get a better night of sleep.
