“這間並不是酒店，只是民宿須要和業主聯絡入住，可惜我已通知我的飛機時間，但在地下有位不董英文的管理員下協助，得知須要等她1.5小時才能入住，須付100美元按金，約定check out 時間，我等了半小時她仍未出現，我們又要趕長途巴 士所以令我們十分困擾，最後我們決定將鎖匙留在管理處，自行离開到長途巴士站，幸好她在我們上車前送回按金。
屋是住得舒適，但入住麻煩，check out 擾人。

“We spent three nights in this hotel and we are very happy with the service. We don't speak spanish and the staff here is very kind to organize transportation for us. Definitely recommend it to any budget traveler. The only bad thing is the noise from next door (their sound insulation isn't very good).”

“First of all, ALL of Lima is loud and dirty so expect some kind of a reflection of that fact in any budget hotel in Lima. It is part of the experience. That given and compared to EVERY other hotel I identified in Lima on Expedia or on foot Hotel Maxys Grau was the best value for the cost. Lima is EXPENSIVE too, unlike Colombia that I have more acclimated to. Everything cost more here than in Colombia or Mexico, so expect to pay more for the same luxuries.
The staff here is VERY friendly and……
