Housekeeping could be improved through regular monitoring of shower wall mounted dispenser refills, toilet papers, and overall washroom cleanliness. Older building in downtown, but spacious room with kitchen facilities. Washer/dryer facility was useful.

Great location! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room had a nice kitchenette and Jacob’s Ladder next to the hotel was a great workout to start your day.

What a chilled lovely place to stay do close to the CBD. We were looked after by excellent staff. Room comfortable snd breakfast plentiful. . Help yourself to tea and coffee 24/7. Staff at reception 24/7. Lobby bar lovely. Rooftop bar is ok but most cocktails are from a tin. The Shadow restaurant next door does great cocktails and is owed by the same people.
