“The staff was amazing. When we first got there one of the front valet walked us in, showed us where everything was, and then wrote down good places to eat while we visited. Our room was clean and had a perfect view of everything. And we are at the bar which was also perfect. All in all a good stay! Thank you! ”

“Excellent location, especially after receiving all the transportation tips at check in. Darrell was very thorough at check in. Breakfast was not overwhelming with options (understandable considering the number of units involved) but everything served was of very good quality.”

“Absolutely AMAZING stay! It was our first time in New Orleans. Everything from the delicious food, to phenomenal customer service from all staff made our stay that much more memorable. Daily room cleaning, rooms are spotless, and the location is not only inviting inside but outside as well. Perfect location, and the street car that runs in front of the hotel is great! We rode it around town around midnight lol and it was such an experience. We will definitely stay here whenever we’re in town. ”

“I have stayed here several times. It is a great location, with the St. Charles Streetcar just out the door. It is easy to find free street parking if you have a car. The rooms are spacious with all the expected amenities. The front office staff is very nice and helpful. This is especially a great location during Mardi Gras. The parades on the uptown route are literally just out the door.”

“The hotel facilities were seriously damaged. My room lock doesn't work. After the receptionist on the 12th morning opened the door of the room, she told me not to close the door again. I asked her how i can go out, and she had a bad attitude and was rude, and refused to open the door for me again. I had no choice but to call the police for help because I couldn't get into my room.The room smells so badly of paint, it's like a gas chamber,and a loud mechanical noise in the room.”

“The property was easy to find. Liked that it had a fenced in parking lot. Room and property were clean and in good condition. ”

“从酒店所在的地方去法国区非常不方便，JeT 公交车隔很久才发一趟车，而且很早就没有车了。如果自己租辆车或许还行。房间整体还不错，只是有异味，而且厨房里没有餐具，非常不方便。对于这个价格，还是比较划算的。”
