"We really loved staying at the Blue Gem in St. Elmo. The common space was comfortable and worked well for our family and the kitchen was well equipped. The two downstairs bedrooms were very comfortable and reasonably sized but the loft is a really tight space for adults. If you’re traveling with kids the loft would be a great sleeping space. St. Elmo is very cozy and we loved the historic neighborhood as well as the close proximity to Lookout Mountain, restaurants and the Food City. And it’s a really easy trip to downtown as well. I’d definitely recommend the stay. "
