Pet friendly apartment that was in great spot to get to anywhere fast. We enjoyed relaxing in the evenings and walking the dogs around the complex.

Chatanooga Trip

It was a good stay and the sleeping arrangement was very convenient and comfortable. The TV was very convenient and bathrooms were very nice.

The property was nice. It had what we needed for our stay. The kitchen was functional and the living room was spacious. The bedrooms were also very spacious and the bathrooms were nice and clean. There were plenty of shops near by for anything that we needed. The location was also easy to find and access. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Ok . Great for the proce

The apartment was great once we got in since the apartment wasn't ready the first day so they put us in a smaller one. There were roaches but it is the south. The fire alarm went off at 7:30am both final days also there was a rat/mouse on the final day when we woke up. But for the price it was....okay.

Weekend Trip

This place was close to the Baylor pool for us. The host was very nice and responds quick. Everything was very clean. Location was not bad. The only thing I would say is the apt needs some updating and maintenance. However it was nothing that bothered us and we didn’t have any problems. Overall not a bad place to say for a weekend trip.

Clean and comfortable

The whole process was very easy and the place was clean and well stocked with most of the amenities you'd like. Very close to everywhere. We'd stay here again!

Good communication, poor place

Smelled like cigarettes each time i came back to the apartment. There was no handle on the refrigerator. One closet was full of HVAC the other was locked for management.

Alot of broken things and not in the best part of town

There were broken blinds, a shattered lightbulb in socket, lamps taped together, and the whole place smelled of weed/pinsol mix. Also, were kept up 2 of the 3 nights with police outside the apartment all night with their lights on.

Not worth the price

We liked the location and the host was always easily available but the property was not in a good condition. It was always dark and gloomy. Not enough lights only 3 small lamps and even 1 out of those didn’t work. The bedsheets were smelly and there were no fans. The ac unit outside of the bedroom made loud noise and created disturbance all night. The couch in the living room were also bad quality and very very old. Overall I’m giving 2 star because the host responded on time and was friendly but the unit was old and dirty.

Horrible place to stay. So Dirty! Not worth it.

When you first arrive you can see the building is in horrible condition. Upon entering the apartment you notice none of the original lighting is there so there are a bunch a useless light switches. There a just a few lamps, and most didn’t work. So it’s very dark in there. Looking on the balcony you will find lots of spider webs, dirt, and debris. I did not want to open the balcony door. We went down the hall and the walls are covered in dark dust and cobwebs. I also began to see the apartment floor was fairly dirty too. We were greeted by a huge cockroach laying on the the master bedroom floor. From there I noticed many roaches dead around the floor, and long cobwebs hanging from the ceiling. We then find a live large cockroach in the shower. We informed the owner and left, not wanting to hang around. They said they would send cleaners. When we returned nothing looked different. They removed two large roaches but left the rest. I also ended up finding large grey maggots/worms crawling around the carpet. That is when we left for good and told the owners we will have to find a hotel because we do not feel comfortable staying here. This property and owner should be banned from Vrbo. No one else should have to experience that. The fact we never got any real feedback from the owner made it worse. They were just like “okay, we will bring it up to the cleaning staff”. Not sure what that $70 cleaning fee is for, because it is clearly not used.

Perfect for the visit

Property had everything we needed for our stay. Beds and linens perfect. Coffee pot with filters available :) Location to our event was perfect. Quiet and clean. Will return in future :)
