「Lovely staff, very friendly. Room was far too hot and air con only blew out hot hair despite being on the cold setting. We were on the lower ground floor so we couldn’t open our windows properly without having the curtains open which meant people walking down the side street could see directly in to our room. One of the windows was locked too. Bar closed early and would only serve bottled wine or beer. 」

「Hotel is situated in a historic neighborhood; interesting place to walk around. Room was lovely and provided everything we needed. Staff was friendly and helpful. Excellent bar and restaurant offerings. Bedding and linens were high quality. However, the mattress was hard and irregular, very uncomfortable. Breakfast was relaxing and check out was easy. Would visit again. 」

「The check in process took us 3 hours in total. We were not sent the check in instructions and when we tried to call the number listed there was no one connected. After waiting 2.5 hours someone connected and when we managed to talk to her she then couldn’t get the lockbox code which took another 30 minutes 」

「The location is convenient, staff are super friendly and food in the restaurant is very good. But the problem is that the rooms are not at all noise proof and the temperature controls are useless. I had a sleepless night in a cold and noisy room.」
