「乾淨客房，備品齊全。設備新穎，公設完善，可惜沒提供微波爐。員工服務態度良好，高樓層視野很棒，電視可觀看多種頻道，第一次入住還免費升等客房，有很棒的住宿體驗。 可惜住宿地點一樓大廳無實體24小時服務櫃檯，全靠what's app連繫服務人員。房間只提供一張房卡，半夜忘帶鑰匙、手機出門，無法在第一時間找到飯店服務人員解決，花了很多時間才回到房間休息。」

「Communication with check in staff is very convenient via WhatsApp and prompt to respond. Instructions to collect keys and locating the designated parking spot are clear. Apartment is clean though the furnishing is spartan; will be more homely if the place is spruced up. The water heater and water pressure in the common bathroom didn’t work for us though; but the bathroom in the master bedroom worked well. Location is very convenient; almost next door to Aeon Mall.」

「KSL is near, 7-11 is near. Easy to get a cab. Only tedious part is the lift, as it’s high rise. Takes a long while for the lift to arrive」

「The 31st floor room is in an immaculate condition with the best view overlooking Singapore 🇸🇬 . The bedsheets and pillow cases were sparkling clean. HIGHLY RECOMMEND for anyone seeking a quiet room with uninterrupted beautiful sunset view.」

「Spacious apartment, very well equipped, and a very responsive service team. 50 meters from the KSL City Mall which offers a good choice of food and the Lotus Supermarket therein surely adds to the convenience.」

「The only persistent problem with this apartment is the sewage smell coming from the toilet floor trap. However seemed this sewage smell is entire building from the sewage system, not isolated to the unit. The access card wasn't able to unlock level 4 car park which the destinated parking lot to park. Need carry all our luggages down one level by stairs. The plus are the beds are comfortable, the pillows are so clean which is a plus plus plus. The 55" was not working, and host quickly brought in...
