"We booked a family suite and thoroughly enjoyed the royalty club perks. The cocktails and food was especially pampering. Would like to praise staff - Puvan (staff who was cleaning), Kawalan and staff who was on duty on 11 Feb noon at the carpark gantry. They were especially courteous and helpful. They attempted to offer useful information on top of what we requested, even though their command of English was limited. They replied with a gesture (hand on their chest) when they wanted to convey...

"Really liked the bedrooms and access to the beach. Staff were friendly although not always able to accommodate requests as the hotel was so busy.
The hotel was super busy over the holiday weekend and there simply are not enough facilities to accommodate. Breakfast areas were overflowing. No where to sit. Evening dining also overflowing and reservations not available until beyond 9:30pm. Staff very overwhelmed and quality of food poor. Pool area too small for number of guests.

"Holiday Villa Johor Bahru was situated at a good location, whereby just across the street is the KSL mall and also along the road there are a few eateries and massage shops throughout the day🙂🙂🙂. Room and facilities at the hotel are spacious and clean. Not to forget to the housekeeper who clean the Room 1228 for the period 27th July to 28th July 2025. Thank you for all the staffs who make the stay here a pleasant trip😘😘😘. We will be coming back here again whenever we coming in to Johor....
