「The hotel maintenance is very poor. Although it opened in 2019, the décor already looks as worn out as decades old, and the passenger elevator feels more like a freight elevator. 「Very good location. It was just a short walk to the JB checkpoint so perfect for travellers commuting between JB and Singapore. We also enjoyed the breakfast which offered a lot of options and tasty food. The room was spacious and the shower was great. However, there were ants on our bed, in the drawers and in the bathroom.
