"Clean room, comfortable bed, lots of storage space for luggage and to hand up clothes. Concierge staff was great. When we first checked in, we smelled cigarette smoke in our room. We tried airing it out for a few hours while we went out. When we got back, the room still smelled. This was supposed to be a non smoking room. We called the front desk and they sent someone to come and smell our room. The man who came into our room said he couldn’t smell anything and told us he couldn’t do anything...
