「Really well appointed place with homey touches. Was a bit confusing around where to park and needed to correspond with host for clarification. Mike responded promptly and took care of the issue. The unit is quite wheelchair accessible (no stairs, level entry). The bed was quite high for an easy transfer and there was no grab bar next to the toilet., but there was a sturdy one in the tub). 「One confusing issue was the check in time. The expedia e-mails say checkin & out times as 3:00 & 11:00 but the host advised it was 6:00 & 12:00. Sophia was great at comunicating with us and did move the checkin time up for us. When we arrived everything went smooth. The instructions were very clear and easy. 「The location is great but it needs a deep clean. The comforters need washed and it appeared sheets in one bedroom had not been washed. Mattress in the one bedroom needs replaced. Towels and face clothes provided but no hand towels so we went and purchased these. Kitchen drawers need cleaned and some dishes were not clean. Communication was wonderful.」

「We love this place! It was our second stay and we will be coming every year with our family. It’s super cozy, easily fits the 7 of us, nicely contained so children can’t escape the property, has a great pool that’s warm, a splash pad and a basketball court. It’s also really close to Niagara on the lakes main road. Great staff and great manager! Whenever we go we always wish we booked longer.」
