Cute Modern Oasis

Such a cute little place. Very close to west entrance, “downtown” JT. The place is super clean, had bikes to use. Fenced in yard and really dog friendly. No crazy rules or cleanup. It was just what we needed for a quick weekend away.

We enjoyed the location, cleanliness and dog friendliness of this home. The property management company was on top of it all and very communicative. Joshua Tree is a great place to go and chill out, enjoy the peacefulness and love the trails for hiking. Couldn't have asked for a better situation.

A perfect getaway!!!

My wife and I had never been to Joshua Tree and wanted a spot with easy access to the park. The house was perfect! We cooked most of our meals, hiked everyday and would come home to the hot tub to recover. The washer and dryer were newer and kept us stocked with clean clothes. I am a professional chef and found everything I needed in the kitchen. The grill was perfect for the 2 of us. We look forward to returning for our next adventure.

My brother and I booked this home for 5 nights. The home was excellent in so many ways - location, spacious, very clean, large backyard, firepit, hot tub, outside dining, washer/dryer room, it was very quiet area even though in a residential area, 1 car garage, 2 bicycles, EASY code access, walking distance to Joshua Tree, VERY close to national park west entrance and only 20 minutes to north entrance (which we recommend). The property manager was SO attentive and very quick to reply to messages via VRBO! The screen door wasn't working ... I sent a message and it was fixed the next day. The bath and kitchen products are wonderful - I want to order from their website :-)) My brother and I really liked the bath towels - he actually ordered them for his house! I was in love with the very cozy bed - it was difficult to pull myself out of it in the mornings. The blankets they have in the house to use outside by the firepit or while lying on the couch were super cozy and excellent quality. One can tell that detail, quality and supporting the local businesses is very important to the owners (Homestead Modern). Thank you for everything!

Awesome Home Base for Exploring Joshua Tree

We loved our stay here while we were exploring Joshua Tree National Park! The house was clean and quiet. It is in a fantastic location - 5 minutes to the Main Street of the town of Joshua Tree, 20 minutes to the National Park, and an easy 10-15 minute drive to the nearby towns of Yucca Valley and Twentynine Palms. We did a lot of hiking in the National Park, and this house was an extremely convenient starting point for all of our adventures, regardless of which entrance we wanted to use. At the end of a long day, unwinding in the hot tub and on the lounge chairs in the backyard was wonderful. Also, the beds were amazing! My sister never sleeps well when traveling, and she commented several times on how she fell right asleep and slept through the night no problem here, and that’s extremely high praise from her. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Joshua Tree!

Great getaway home

This property is amazing. I enjoyed my brief stay and my dogs enjoyed the enclosed yard. The bed was comfortable and everything you can possibly need to feel like the comfort of your home is provided. Home has AC, beautiful yard with amazing sunsets, quiet neighborhood, and conveniently located near JT. All communication regarding access codes and home were provided up front. I appreciated the guide provided and all the little details that were taken care of to make our stay a pleasant one. Definitely would book again.

Great rental just outside of Joshua Tree

The rental was perfect for our stay. It was walking distance to many restaurants and shops and an easy drive to the Joshua Tree park entrance, and the big, fenced-in backyard was perfect for our dog. The property manager was also very responsive when we had questions or needed anything. We would definitely stay here again.
