"Returning visitor - been about a year and a half since my last visit and was happy to see the spa folks still there. However we did have a dislike for a newer service they have using an electric scalp machine (do not recommend as it was very painful and traumatizing for my partner). The massage services were wonderful as usual. An issue though (same as last time), was cleaning of higher shelves.
