「The pool was closed due to renovations that they did not make us aware of the pool being closed. The rooms were ok the best part of the rooms were the beds. We could not watch TV because there was no WiFi the entire time we were there. The balconies were cracking in spots and the chairs were plastic dollar store chairs. The balcony door had no handle on the outside to pull it back open after you went out and it appears to stick all the time. We did have to keep asking for housekeeping and one...

「We had an amazing stay at Grapetree Bay. The rooms are as pictured clean, renovated and large. AC was nice and cold. The staff was very friendly and professional. Enjoyed all our delicious meals on the balcony with a beautiful view of the ocean. I would recommend this property to everyone and cannot wait to return.」

「Full of bugs Beds were not usable. Had metal poking up on both beds, screaming kids until 1 o’clock in the morning, banging on the walls and screaming rundown building when we asked for another unit, the other unit was exactly the same had bugs in it run down worthless bed the owner that told us that if we wanted a refund we had to turn over the keys and leave right now that was at 1:30 in the morning we had to sleep with our car on the streets of St. Croix.
