“My sister and I took my niece to Frankenmuth for the weekend. The SpringHill Suites is is literally in walking dstance from most of the attractions. The rooms were spacious,staff was courteous. Hotel was very clean. Would definitely recommend!”

“The property was budget friendly and very convenient for our stay. The rooms were very clean but the hotel could have did better utilizing the space (like a closet in the bedroom). We arrived at the hotel 15 minutes early and the desk operator said the rooms were not ready but as soon as shift change happened (15 minutes later).The rooms were ready and we could check in. Which leads me to believe that the first lady didn't want to check us in. But overall our Stay was GREAT.”

“It was a very cheap place but you get what you pay for. It was clean and the guy running it was nice. Beds were comfy. Shower was free standing and might be uncomfortable for someone over 300-350lbs. I’d stay again if I just needed a cheap clean spot to sleep. Dollar General was about a mile up the road for snacks and drinks. It had a small fridge but no freezer, had a microwave, coffee maker, and good WiFi.”

“Very nice staff but the ground room floors smelt heavily of smoke . We also detected a very heavy odor of marijuana. Staff was very good at addressing it. The patrons were removed ”

“May be the reason for the early morning, no one in the hall, almost to sleep, the key and the name on the door do not match, looking for a long time, the room is very hot, the air is not cold enough, the bed is also covered with plush cushions! Health is generally not very satisfactory.”

“I’m not even sure where to begin to describe how bad this place is. Outside looks fair I guess. I should have known when I first pulled in and there’s a bank teller windows inside the door with a locked door to the lobby. That should have been my first red flag. Took forever for someone to come to the windows to let me in. The lobby looked fine. Got my paperwork and key and went to my room. I was in 122 on the back side of the building on the first floor.
