「Latica lodge was amazing to stay at! If you’re looking for that community vibe then this should be on the top of your list. Everyone from all over the world staying there, all having breakfast/supper together was spectular. The owners are everyday people willing to help you out with everything they made the stay so enjoyable. It’s definitely off the beaten path, I would recommend having a 4x4 vehicle to tackle the roads getting there and getting around. There’s a couple amazing beaches (best we...

「We had an excellent time at the Mikado. It was our first time to Costa Rica and it was probably one of our best holidays. Such a fun adventure. Lolo was an excellent host and if you do stay you must take advantage of her dinners. Incredibly romantic. The location is perfect. Quick drives to Tamarindo, Playa Avellanas and Playa Conchal. Great places to explore and then return to the peace and tranquility of the lodge. Absolutely perfect. 」

「This is a great boutique hotel for someone looking for a reclusive and quite stay. It is located in the mountains with gorgeous views. Fyi. The standard room only has one queen size bed. If you're traveling with friends, it is best to book separate rooms unless you want to share a bed. The staff are friendly, helpful and professional. We are so glad to have chosen LADE.」

「A quiet place to stay if Tamarindo is your cup of tea. We decided not to go back to Tamarindo again, since there is nothing to do and restaurant prices are insane. The country must be hurting because they have restaurants stick it to you thorough all sorts of funny charges.」

「This place is a great find. Clean room. Large room. Bed and bedding are comfortable. Restaurant is the best food. French toast in the morning is the best I’ve ever had. Plus they have adorable clothing store on site.」

「The staff was exceptional, felt like you were part of the family for a short time !! There are a few resort cats who we might have renamed while we were there 🐈‍⬛😂 The beach that is not swimmable is gorgeous and we spent a lot of time there . Our room was lovely and someone always made sure we had extra towels」

「We stayed at the property to attend a conference. The property was nice and the staff very friendly.」

「I loved this place ! Breakfast could’ve been better but everything else was amazing!」
