“I’m booked 3 single rooms as we were coming over to do Parkrun on the Island.
The staff were excellent, very friendly, informative and professional.
All the rooms were different.
My room was lovely, clean room, plenty tea/coffee & biscuits. I had a sea view, which made it for me.
The only thing which wasn’t 100% was the shower, it was a very slow flow.
But other than that, a very friendly hotel.”

“Just checked out from a six-night stay here. LOVED my room - a business room with a sea view. I normally don’t get too hung up on sea views but this one was special. Spent a lot of room time sitting in my little alcove with its big bay windows, staring out to sea and the Tower of Refuge, contemplating the tides.
Perfectly located. Great for walking along the beautiful promenade and shopping along the Strand. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby.
The staff were wonderful and super helpful.……

“The property is in a great location with easy access by public transport from the airport. The staff were friendly and professional. Breakfast was excellent and the free bottled water a bonus. A couple of gripes though the ensuite was very small and needs some TLC the tiles and shower need replacing and the toilet brush was not clean. Also we were only give one key this meant we had stopped stay together all the time. We also managed to lock ourselves out and had to wait nearly 2 hours fro staff……

“The hotel is very dated, not very clean and not maintained very well. Stayed there because it was a Best Western, but it wasn't of the same quality of a Best Western Hotel. The elevators were reliable, front desk not very friendly. Glad I was able to store my luggage prior to checking in to another hotel nearby for the TT races.”

Close enough to the electric railway to give you easy access to the island..

Elegant, dark wood, beautiful artwork.
Clean rooms. Nice restaurant and bar.
Claire, Tim & Tony run a top notch hotel. Love it. ❤️
Jack is an ace in the bar and restaurant 👌.
Only slight 'complaint' I can imagine is, They should offer better pillows or different types, goose or foam would've been better than current pillows.
Would highly recommend.”
