「服務非常周到，飯店人員記得所有客人，出飯店都能夠立即準備我們的鞋子，進飯店也馬上提供我們房間鑰匙 晚餐、早餐份量都非常足夠，也都是傳統日式料理、非常棒的體驗 飯店位置在最熱鬧的觀光地區中央，非常方便旅遊，途中累了可以隨時回飯店休息」

「Poor shuttle bus and poor shabby hotel facilities; poor service because of lack of staff. Don’t like Japanese hotels we used to stay there; food is okay! Anyway don’t be deserved this money.」

「Generally a bad experience in our one-night stay. Our room is separated from the Main Building (around 150m), it is at the opposite side of the river and above the pub (named "PUBLICHOUSE LAUGHTALE" in google map), so it is a bit noisy at night. The room is not clean as we found residue in kitchen sink and hair in bathroom sink by previous visitors. The track of wooden window is full of dead insects. The toilet is disproportionately tiny consider the huge room size, it is also not tidy and...

「房間舒適，食物不算太精緻，量大算可口。 工作人員有善有禮，能用英語溝通。早上旅館安排的山上看風景行程不錯。 溫泉區附近有超市及便利店，雖然景點不多，但在週邊散步的話挺舒服。 有免費穿梭巴士從岡山站直達旅館，十分方便。 最後有一點使我錯愕，浴室及溫泉洗澡區發現有曱甴，知道近月日本深受曱甴困擾，所以明白及理解，我解決後就不再出現。 另外浸溫泉時發現有松鼠出沒🐿️有趣 雖然有地方不妥善，但都推介。」
