Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Comfortable villa perfect for families with young children who wish proximity to a pool and beach. We enjoyed the beach access but found the pool noisy with screaming children beginning at 8 am, and the beach very crowded. We did not like the lack of privacy with the people all around and walking by our patio and bedroom window from morning till night. The villa was lovely and very comfortable and the resort was gorgeous.

Villa 115 was a perfect match for two couples to enjoy an 8-day vacation in Hawaii. The property was very clean and conveniently located near the beach and the Turtle Bay resort. Vince and Gina Liotta were superb hosts and provided all of the information necessary to enjoy our stay at their property.

We loved our vacation thanks to Villa 115! It was family friendly, easy check in and out, it was clean and had plenty of cleaning supplies when needed. We especially appreciated the extras for kids, pack'n'play, high chair, extra blankets, snorkel gear, kids flippers, sand toys. It was a great stay, we'll definitely be back!

Loved this condo, the owner was very attentive to our needs as well. We especially appreciated the sound proof walls as wee had 3 generations staying together but once we closed the bedroom doors no one heard a thing!

This fits the ideal location for a relaxing beachside luxury Hawaiian vacation. Having the pool and beach right outside our lanai was incredible. Sunsets were amazing. Snorkeling in the cove was easy for the kids. We were able to cook and feed the 8 of us with ease. Highly recommend!

The location was perfect! You were able to use all the amenities of the hotel with just a short walk and it was very private. This condo was an end unit which made it very nice and less noisy. We had a wonderful stay there with our family and would come again!

Great location especially for families with little ones. It was on the ground floor so no need for stairs or elevators. It was also super close to the pool, which was convenient for my toddler. The property manager was responsive and accommodating before and during our stay. Would definitely stay again in the future!

We fully enjoyed this clean, well-furnished and appointed 3-BR villa. It was perfect for our family gathering (7 adults and an infant) with lots of room for everybody. We enjoyed the private patio and yard,as well as other villa and resort amenities. The beach was close... only a few dozen steps away. We recommend this place and these hosts to others.
