“Although the room wasn’t huge for 2 beds, it was very nicely done. They thought about every issue you can have: storage, electrical plugs, etc. In our room, there was even a light in the bath overhead that acts like a nightlight. My cousin and I were very impressed. We were close to town but out to make it easy to take day trips elsewhere. I can see where it might be a little challenging to park in Saugatuck during season.”

“Beautifully appointed easy parking gracious host”

“No breakfast as advertised on Expedia. Coffee only and starts at 9 a.m. Need it earlier than that. Also, no internet and TV might have been affected by it. Only one channel available. Otherwise, it is a very cute and clean property. The owners are very sweet and accommodating. Close to everything, a pleasant walk to Saugatuck. We would stay again. Maybe a commercial prewrapped muffin placed in the room as a breakfast offering. Coffee service at 8?”

“Everything from the location (everything walkable from Inn) to amineties (Jacuzzi, board games, pool house) to breakfast (freshly made from scratch), and snacks (including free happy hour drinks). The same staff have all worked there for years and really work well together. I felt like I was visiting family. The rooms were super comfortable.”

“Great location for a visit to downtown Saugatuck & neighboring Holland. Two story property. Choose room, if possible, on the 2nd floor so you are not bothered by the creaking ceiling from guests above you! The breakfast area is very small. There are food trays available if you have to eat in your room. The offerings are:bread, small pastries, cereal, milk, juice, yogurt, scrambled eggs, a breafkast meat, biscuits and gravy, waffle maker, and a coffee table in the reception are-right outside the……

“Always a great stay”

“ Beautifully landscaped, felt more private than it probably was, rooms were small (we had two queen sized beds, so I’m sure that’s part of it) and the bathroom was even smaller but clean!! Beds and pillows are definitely above average. Check in was a breeze. Very, very quiet which was particularly important to me. I appreciate the assigned parking spots. The only thing I wish were different is being able to get coffee before 9:00 am. ”

“ there could have been a bigger selection of food for breakfast like some scrambled eggs and bacon. the TV had a minimum of channels and there no instructions on use and no way to get some outside channels. I would say it was an ok stay for the price and location, however if th property wants to improve it needs to add more to it's amenities and breakfast”

“This inn is beautifully kept and very convenient to most everything you want to do in Holland! Judy cooks an absolutely fantastic breakfast in the morning. Be sure not to miss it! Her husband, Carl even let me take some of the empanadas home since some of the guests didn’t come down for breakfast that morning. Overall highly recommend this bed-and-breakfast!”

“The floor was very dirty. The room was cold but sheets thin.”

“First of all, I couldn’t get checked in due to the third-party booking app I used. The gentleman was kind enough to allow me to go to my room in lieu of waiting for the response. He knew that I was a travel nurse because I frequent there often. My advice to anyone thinking of staying here is to book at the front desk directly with him as he will match any third-party app and there’s never any issues”

“First room we got the AC was broken and blowing hot air. It felt like a sauna. They switched us no problem. New Room was ok. Elevator was broken. Rooms were under construction and wide open leaving the dirty construction smell in the hallway. First glance rooms were clean but when you looked closer there was dust everywhere. The toilet seat was broken. The ceiling over the shower was bubbled like it had a leak from the room above. If you just need a place to sleep this is the place.”

“There is too many noises, from refrigurator, outside, room nearby. And the bed is too soft to keep position, always fall into middle, bad experience.”
