Ich habe schon besser genächtigt. Man sollte schon vorher kommunizieren das die Treppe zum Schlafzimmer so steil ist das jemand der nicht so sicher auf den Beinen ist auf dem Sofa,was sehr unbequem war, schlafen muss. Die Toilette war natürlich im Erdgeschoss so das man Nachts sich wie ein Bergsteiger vorkam wenn man pinkeln musste. Desweiteren hat der Code zur Türöffnung nur sehr sporadisch funktioniert. Ich hatte am zweiten Tag unseres Aufenthaltes dies schon bemängelt doch auch am zehnten und letzten Urlaubstag war noch niemand da der dies behoben hat. Doch das Meer in der Nähe hat einiges wieder rausgerissen.

HalloAlso die Unterkunft war nicht sauber als wir an kamen .Überall Spinnweben und das Geschirr war auch nicht sauber.die Griffe earen klebrig ,die Kissen mit Blutflecken.Meine Frau musste ca 2 Stunden arbeiten bis es sauber war.WLan ist sehr schlecht das heist dann auch schlechte bis keine Fernsehprogramme. Wetterbedingt.Morgens halb acht kamen LKW durch den Park .Muß das um diese Uhrzeit sein ?? Rasen wurde auch früh morgens gemäht.Die Rezeption war die ganze Woche nicht besetzt. Ging den Nachbarn aber auch so .Leider im großen und ganzen enttäuschend

Aufgrund einer fehlerhaften Buchung eines modernen 7-Personen-Chalets (Haustier nicht erwähnt) wurde mir bei der telefonischen Kontaktaufnahme eine Alternative angeboten: ein neu gestalteter 4-Personen-Bungalow. Da wir nur 2 Erwachsene und 1 Haustier waren, habe ich die Alternative gewählt. Da die Alternative auch ein paar Dutzend Euro teurer war, waren meine Erwartungen hoch. Bei meiner Ankunft war ich sehr enttäuscht, da es sich um einen sehr alten (Teil eines) Hauses mit einigen minimalen Renovierungsarbeiten handelte, die ich sofort beim Park beschwerte Rezeption, aber die Rezeption konnte nichts für mich tun, da sie eine Buchung über einen Vermittler nicht anpassen konnte.

Extrem abgewohnte Haushälfte

Die Immobilie ist extrem abgewohnt. Bei unserer Ankunft war es sehr dreckig. Es wurde, nachdem wir an der Rezeption waren, komplett geputzt. Die Ausstattung ist mehr als karg. Es gibt keinen Backofen, keinen Toaster…. Die Küchenutensilien sind genauso abgewohnt wie der Rest… Schade dass man sowas noch mit fast 800 € für eine Woche zahlen muss. Zudem hatten wir im Borfeld in Catzand gebucht, dort wurde unser Hund bei der Buchung vergessen und konnte nicht nachgebracht werden.
