“The Chateau is such an exceptional resort with European style. Most importantly, if you'd like to escape from the noise and pollution, the Chateau is obviously your choice! I love the location of the Hotel which's at the top of Berjaya Hill - a place with trees and birds. You won't find any industrial or commercial amenities - and you'll relax as much as you can! But please be aware of the monkeys which might appear anywhere in the Hotel. They're friendly, I suppose. Meanwhile, the staff are……

“Pretty gd and will book again if i'm back in Genting :)”

“No toilet paper. Unit has moldy air conditioning units. Couldn’t sleep in bedroom. Checkin process was terrible. Self checkin which took 45 minutes”

“地點離市中心遠不方便！員工沒禮貌！”

“Good services, clean, pleasant atmosphere… the down slide is a bit of distance away from the Genting attractions. ”

“Parking ok”

“stopover ist es ok. sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter”

“1 of the best accommodation i stayed in genting. Communication was prompt via whatsapp. Location wise about 20 min walk to sky avenue. Very clean, comfy with nice view. Minor negatives : leaky shower head and lack place to hang towels. Filtered drinking water provided. Got microwave and washer drier which we never use. Fast wifi.”

“The communication with the host was pathetic and their were no clear direction regarding checkin. You basically go outside besides road side and get your key card. The room was okay but the Bedsheets had yellow stains and they looked dirty. Mattress would give you backache for sure. Avoid if possible.”

“短途旅游， 热水池水质不错， 也还算干净。 游泳池不大， 不过也不错， 特别是儿童池， 设计得好。 房间还行， 但是早餐非常不行， 太简单了。 四距离文冬市区大约 15km ， 有些远”

“the bed is not plush type, can feel the springs :/ hard on the edges so when you try to get off the bed it can be quite uncomfortable when dangling legs over the edge of the bed. toilet is well maintained, clean. staff receives most points for being courteous and kind.”

“Room was cleaned and ambients was great. Only thing was price was slightly higher, limited food options at the mall. Could attract more guest if price was more adjusted for sure because no it was a residence with no room service. Enjoy the stay nevertheless”

“WARNING: SMELLY, DIRTY AND DISGUSTING ROOMS! SCAMMERS! The listing does not tell you that your check-in desk is actually a car inside a parking lot on the third floor! I know it’s hard to believe, but that’s the truth! Very difficult to find as well. Also, after the so-called check in, you need to walk through the parking lot go to the seventh floor, then walk through an open area to a different building. Each of those steps, you have to wait very long for the very dirty elevators also……

“我每次去云顶都是订他们的酒店，我很满意他们的服务”

“Could be better. Shower not working properly, too hot, no shower dispenser mount, and mirror with ledge improperly placed causing access block to wash sink. Good thing is there’s a hose outside the front yard to wash off the mud from our mountain bikes. Homestay is conveniently located within walking distance to town area, about 10 mins walk downhill. ”
