“Horrible stay. Our prior reservation was cancelled due to a plumbing issue so they offered another property located at 142 Peach St. Park Forest. The picures they sent were nothing like in person. The floor was sticky, cracked floor tiles, dust and scratched up pots/pans. No dish soap, laundry detergent, sheets and bedding smelled. I could go on however I will just end with this wa the worst stay we have ever had. Very disappointed. ”

“Absolutely horrible! The host never responded to my questions regarding check in. My family drove 1,600 mile only to be sent a message 15 mins before check in that they cancelled our reservation. No real reason just that it was no longer available. After a while they have an automated response that it was due to the age of occupants. Their listing states ages 0 and up. When I asked for clarification I never received a response. Do yourself a favor and don’t bother hoping you get the house you……

“Technicolor retreat was a great relaxing getaway. The home is lovely and the location on the river was so relaxing after a day in the Dunes or Chicago. It felt very secluded and private. We can’t wait to go back. We were able to take our golden retriever who loves all things woods and water. Wish we could have stayed longer! ”
