「Staff were kind and helpful as we checked in. Very friendly.」

「Had some delays at checkin. Room was not ready. Staff was young and unsure how to handle delay (laundry problem - they were waiting on clean fresh laundry) Person that came to room to make up the bed was apologetic. All staff were pleasant but seemed a little overwhelmed. Perhaps this is an isolated incident. The room was fine clean but a bit outdated. I would go back, there are not a lot of options right in Phillipsburgh. 」

「The Reynolds Mansion was absolutely beautiful. The staff Marcia and Jess were so great so genuine and so helpful. The town was gorgeous and we hope to pass through again one day. For anyone traveling through that area I recommend a stay there with time to explore Bellefonte.」
