"We enjoyed our stay at this property. Our room has a private onsen with a view of Lake Toya. It has a traditional Japanese aesthetic with all the modern elements. The property itself is not located in the Toyako Onsen area but they offer free shuttle service (about 5-min drive). The staff is very hospitable and accommodating with reasonable requests such as shuttle to Toya Station (about 10-min drive).
