Villa Evgenia II is a stylish and comfortable 60m² home set within a large, fully enclosed garden in the heart of nature. Surrounded by centuries-old olive groves, this tranquil setting is perfect for nature lovers and those looking to unwind in peace and privacy—just 700 meters from the sea.

The villa offers a private driveway with parking right next to the house, as well as an additional parking area just a few meters away. The spacious garden features a furnished raised terrace with a dining table and chairs, sun loungers, umbrellas, and a barbecue—ideal for al fresco meals or lazy afternoons in the sun.

Inside, the accommodation includes:
• One bedroom with a double bed
• One bedroom with two single beds
• A living room with a sofa bed
• Open-plan mini-kitchen with a breakfast bar
• Bathroom with a shower cabin and WC

The kitchen is equipped with a fridge (with ice box), microwave/grill, 2-ring electric stove, coffee maker, and toaster. For your comfort, both bedrooms are air-conditioned, and you’ll also find a TV and hi-fi system in the living area.

We’ve fallen in love with this part of the Kassandra peninsula because of its natural beauty and peaceful atmosphere. It’s less commercialized than other areas, often referred to as a “soft tourist zone”—you won’t be disturbed by loud music or heavy traffic.

The nearby village of Nea Skioni faces south and offers breathtaking sunsets with Mount Olympus silhouetted in the distance. Here you’ll find everything you need for a perfect holiday: beautiful beaches, traditional tavernas, restaurants, bars, shops, and incredibly friendly locals. The area is very safe, and because it’s also a popular destination for Greeks, the prices remain very reasonable—around €40 for a full dinner for two, including drinks!

The property is set in a peaceful olive grove, where you may be greeted by a local shepherd and his flock passing by. It’s the kind of place where time slows down. After just a few days, we believe you’ll understand why we chose this spot as our holiday home—and we’re sure you’ll fall in love with it just as we have.
