"Milton at the front desk was amazing! The entire bar and restaurant staff were wonderful as well. The hotel is in a great location if you want to walk and shop in Hilo as well. "

"Didn’t use the pool. It rained the entire time we were there. The property was excellent, very clean with a comfortable bed and bedding. Great big patio for lounging. Super location, close to restaurants and pizza places,vegan options. Airport and grocery stores close by. "

"Room was spacious and thoughtfully appointed. Central location was convenient to bus station and farmers market. It did get a bit noisy at times with the close proximity to downtown, but the mynas were the loudest things around. Contactless checkin was smooth and easy. Unfortunately we did not get to eat at Paul's, but it looked delicious. Maybe next time. "

"We loved staying here. The view from the deck was amazing, and the house was lovely, clean and spacious. The property is beautiful and we had a very relaxing time here even though it didnt stop raining. The location was great and we were able to explore many of Hilo's attractions. I highly reccommend this property for families and couples who really want to experience the island vibe."
