"Pool needs to be refurbished, it’s falling apart"

"Great place to stay at if you are going to be out all day enjoying the island! Only problems my family and I had was during our whole stay we were getting bit by nats the whole time and my daughter woke up with bites every night around her body and so did my 2 year old son. Lastly Is there was a lady at the property that looked local staying there and she would constantly visit the pool and she would approach me and my kids with attitude and it was very uncomfortable when she was there. The property and centering itself was amazing!"

"The property and rooms are very nice. Very lush and beautiful landscaping and easy walk to the beach. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The issues that we had is that the air conditioner in the room was either not working properly, or undersized for the room. We had it set at 68 and it was hot in the room. We tried to turn it down to 66 and eventually 64, and I have a temp meter and the room was reading 80 degrees at night. It was very uncomfortable to sleep. We couldn't open the windows because all of the screen were either not there, or bent and it let in mosquitos. That was the biggest hang up to making this trip 5 stars."

"They have text system where you can message the Front desk, its not convenient they respond the following day if you have any questions. And during the day we’re checking in, we were arriving later time I tried calling them, the front desk doesn’t answer their. Also note they clean every other day. But overall we still had a good vacation."
