“Very clean property and rooms.”

“We went out for my partners Birthday and they made it such a special week for her and myself! The room was amazing and the whole place is out of this world. Great staff, excellent entertainment and a really nice place to just relax and unwind. We couldn’t fault anything other than not being able to stay longer!! We’ve stayed in many places and this is by far the best! We will 100% be back and for longer this time so we can enjoy more of the teams great hospitality. Thank you for all you done……

“This is an extremely well-run hotel with excellent service from all staff. Relaxing atmosphere and excellent beach location. Consistent and high quality. Easily accessible from Chania (about 1 hour).”

“Hotel was clean and well maintained. Food choice was good.”

“We had a deluxe villa with own pool. It was just a shame due to staying later in the season, we did not get the sun on our loungers and the pool was very cold. (Still tried it though!!) Suite was lovely, Breakfast was good, lots of choice. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Resort is close to main road, which was a bit annoying if sitting out. Overall though, could not fault the resort. However, walked along the nearest beach, and was very disappointed with the amount of rubbish and……

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, the hotel was in a perfect location just across from a lovely sandy beach with clear waters. Very peaceful & the hotel and grounds were well designed & maintained. Lots of shops, restaurants close by but we were happy as we'd chosen half board to eat at the hotel. On arrival Marianna was very welcoming & friendly & explained everything to us, we were taken to our room in a golf buggy which was nice. We had a bottle of wine on arrival in our room which was……

“Everything was super clean. Very kind and helpful staff. The place is very convenient, right on the central square off the village and 3 min walk from the beach”

“Over all hotel is nice , Everyone working here was nice and kind . Anyhow for 5 star hotel shower enclosure is only 2 stars…. It is no door from living area to the bathroom,so it is crazy cold when you get out from the shower, and enclosure itself is ridiculously uncomfortable, Other thing -guests are allowed to smoke in a balcony,no separation between smoking and nonsmoking rooms,so you will smell disgusting cigarette smoke all day long… Also -5 star hotel does not have heated pool ,so October……

“Great service and breakfast.”

“Fantastic hotel, well positioned unfortunately the food could have been a bit hotter but luckily we only went B&B.... We have just got back to the UK ( 05/10/2026) and we was there when the worst weather they had ever experienced storms, torrential rail and wind for 7days... But hey the locals made it special and would definitely come back....”
