"We had a fantastic stay from start to finish at Hotel Gracery in Shinjuku! The staff was welcoming, the room (although small like most hotel rooms in Japan), it was stylish and comfortable, and the bathroom felt like a mini spa—spacious, modern, and a true highlight. The view was just as incredible, making every morning and evening special. Would definitely stay again!"

"The staff was great, everything was clean & it is in a great location, only thing that would have been nice is if there were more options for the breakfast buffet since toast and soup get pretty repetitive after a 4 day stay.
