"Saturday breakfast should open earlier than 7am. Friendly staff, Clean rooms. Soap dispensers in bathrooms were loose. Need fixing."

"Hot tub didn’t work right. The made the pool smaller, no more outside pool, they got rid of the sauna and lockers."

"We were travelling through Saginaw for one night. We had several hotels to choose from but picked Hampton Inn for convenience and price. We LOVED it. The person at check in was warm and friendly and professional. The room was nice and comfortable for our family. We appreciated and enjoyed the coffee and water stations in the lobby. We had so much fun at the pool. Breakfast had lots of variety and the gentleman who took care of the area kept the dining area clean and well stocked. Check-out was a breeze and again very friendly and polite. I told her that we would definitely be back but especially because the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable."

"Rooms redone but no easy chair. A very weird experience. I was told that none of the rooms had them despite the updated room photos on the web showing them. Hard to relax except on the bed. The gym equipment is also severely outdated and desperately needs replaced. "
