“This hotel is nestled in the Ubud Jungle. The property is beautiful and spacious. A real hidden gem. Personally, what made my stay memorable where the staff. They're attentive, kind, overall the best in hospitality. I'd happily return any chance I'd get. Perfect location for someone looking to escape the crowds. There are amazing waterfall tours you can take in Ubud. Keep in mind, Ubud is around 2hrs away from the airport with traffic but worth the stay.”

“I expected a lot in this hotel because i book with the VIP access benefits. The staff didnt honor any benefits from VIP access even if I am the only guest in the resort. I was pretty disappointed coz I thought this hotel is exceptional coz it is part of the VIP access benefit. “The hotel is a bit far from the city, but the peaceful location surrounded by fields and fresh air makes it worth the trip. The rooms were comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. One suggestion is to call ahead and confirm lunch or dinner availability. During my stay, the restaurant was closed whenever I wanted dinner, so I had to go elsewhere for food at night. “This resort was one of, if not, the best resort I’ve been to. The people in Bali are friendly, but the staff at this resort went out of their way to make sure my stay was phenomenal. Nothing was too much bother for them.
