「Everything is great with the hotel - except - (1) long walk uphill to get back to hotel after a day out, and - (2) if you are driving, the hotel’s small carpark is at the bottom of the hill, which means you’ll have to walk up that moderately steep slope to get back to hotel….which can be a good daily exercise….」

「We took a gamble staying here with it being a new hotel and there being no reviews but it absolutely paid off!! We had a wonderful stay here! The hotel is absolutely beautiful, and the rooms are really spacious!! The photos of the hotel dont do it justice. Its also spotlessly clean and they provide you with absolutely everything; face masks on arrival, perfect self pamper following a day of exploring! They also provide you with creams, all the toiletries you need, hair bobbles, ear plugs,...

「Our stay at Imperial Hotel Kyoto was excellent from start to finish. The service was outstanding— attentive and professional, with every detail taken care of. Our room was comfortable and immaculate. One of our favorite parts of the stay was the rooftop. It was such a wonderful space to relax, take in the views and enjoy the atmosphere of Kyoto. It was a nice touch to our visit. Overall, Imperial Hotel Kyoto was fantastic. From the beautiful surroundings and excellent service to the...
