“The room was not actually clean. I found hair in the bathroom more than once that was not mine. The floor was dirty, towels were reused and the staff was not exactly friendly. They were giving suspicious stares, taking forever to acknowledge the guests and not helpful. The elevators in this hotel are terrible and the key "stopped working"..... Maybe they locked me out so they could finish cleaning the room. The cleaning staff were the only ones actually kind and helpful. Front desk not genuine.……

“I would like to recommend this hotel. Airport transfer is super, they guided me in the 3 Terminal Exit. Breakfast is fine. There’s a lot of choice. My only complaint is :The hot water pool and the cold water pool not very clean.”

“The hotel could provide a map to visitors to assist orienting the property and the neighbourhood-the property was well kept, all staff were courteous. I would suggest the bed is great for those with a bad back as it was hard as a rock. The coffee is amazing!”

“The hotel is a bit old, but still well maintained. It is great for commuting to Central and South Jakarta. The room was large and very comfortable. The best part of my stay was the staff - both Vincen and Putu at the reception were extremely helpful and professional. Catering was also great - the food options for breakfast were diverse, and I also enjoyed the dinner buffet a lot! Very happy with my stay and I would recommend it to friends and family. ”
