Grey's restaurant food is average and very limited choice and overhyped but breakfast was excellent. The biggest surprise on checking out was that they charged 10% service charge on the whole bill including the room charge that was prepaid on Hotels.com. There was no warning and left a bitter taste. ”

“Excellent location between the famous places in Cotswold. Friendly staffs, outstanding pizza, ragu pasta for dinner, the portion of breakfast was big and tasty. Love the cosy pub restaurant with a pool table. It was quite busy already when we got there around 6ish, the restaurant was fully booked. At least we were able to sit down at the bar area. Do book a table in advance. Room is spotless and warm, twin double beds were comfy and enough for us 3 or fam of 4, basically with everything we……

“Nice village hotel and our check in and room were good on the face of it. Other than the guy who checked us in, staff was generally rude. We had booked for breakfast at 08:00 on the first morning, and having travelled the previous day from Asia ended up waking earlier and found ourselves waiting in the breakfast room around 7:10, hoping to be able to request breakfast at 7:30 when it opened. We were greeted by a man in a hurry, brusquely telling us over his shoulder whilst rushing around doing……
