“Great breakfast, parking lot safe”

“Beautiful “new smelling scented” hotel. Casino was packed, seemed fewer slots available- maybe because of the amount of players that day. Complimentary drinks was not as accessible- someone goes around with a drink cart rather than a permanent soda/coffee station. Long line for the asian restaurant- chinese food was okay. did not try other restaurants. Enjoyed the food court though closes earlier than expected. No pool- but spa available. Could not control Temperature panel in room- was not……

“No one attended to us at check in for 15 minutes - my wife finally found someone cleaning the rooms to come to the front desk - none of the amenities listed online were open - no restaurant or bar. Would never stay at again”

“Everything was clean, orderly, quiet the view out the back is cornfield, but to me that’s Home and it’s very peaceful to look out there and have the drapes open during the day. Breakfast was coffee and waffles and fruit. Bathroom was bigger than I expected. Everything was comfortable and inviting. I’m currently booked for a second night… But whenever I leave here, I know that I will stay here again!”

“I've stayed here a few times on work trips to Naperville. Has generally been very good, but this last time was not. Hotel was just generally dirty - hallways, lobbies, etc. Room was fairly clean. Shower had a constant drip that if the shower door was left open, would splash onto the walls and the floor, leaving a puddle and soaking the wall. Toilet had trouble flushing. Front desk was helpful to help get us into another room just down the hall, but very awkward and unpleasant about it. New……

“We booked this room and arrived to find a family living there. The family said this has happened on several occasions. We called the host number and he said the property should not have been listed. I contacted Expedia and they refunded us the payment but we were left trying to find accommodations for 7 people last minute.”
