"It seemed fresh. I have so many allergies I couldn't have anything besides the apple and a glass of juice.
I was very disappointed that I was told I had 2 QN beds, I didn't. It was on the second floor with no elevator. I told them I can't do stairs and my friend had a knee-replacement. There was no way we could have a second floor. We were given a room on the first floor that supposedly had a QN bed, it did NOT. It was a full bed with reduced sized pillows. I was not amused and I let the front desk know. They claimed that was all they had available. I noticed that they appear to be extremely understaffed because over the 2 days I was there, I continually saw the same people. The handicapped room had only cups, etc. for ONE person. I was disappointed with the room. Being in the hotel business you should know what size beds your rooms have instead of arguing with the customer about it. It was obviously a double/full-sized. Chairs are insufficient. Only one in the room. Many things were done for renting as a single person room. "
