“Room was clean and had some recent updates. Breakfast had good selection, was hot, the woman in charge of dining area kept everything real clean and well supplied. Could actually open up a window for some fresh air! No complaint, would return if in area.”

“The front desk tried to charge me an extra $100 deposit when I checked in even though I had booked months in advance. They didn't have a room ready and I was two hours late checking in as I arrived late. Many of the rooms were deemed not suitable for habitation by the city with visable signage. The room service was done only if asked. The hotel smelled like mildew everywhere. The shower puddled behind the toilet when used. The "kitchen" sink didn't work. Patty was the nicest and most helpful……

“I would not recommend this hotel. The ceiling above the shower was coming down, the towel holder in the bathroom was falling off the wall, the new flooring didn’t reach behind the toilet, a picture was removed from above the bed but the metal clips were still hanging there. And the batteries died in the card device of our room door so our security cards wouldn’t work. It was a Sunday and maintenance doesn’t work on the weekends. The front desk had to use a makeshift wire and string to feed under……

“Very pleasant and comfortable property in downtown Racine. Excellent restaurant and roof top bar and a comfortable lobby as well. The staff are welcoming and helpful. Really this is the best hotel in Racine and I can't wait to stay there again on future family visits to SE Wisconsin. I've recommended it to all of my Wisconsin friends and family for when they have visitors in town.”

“We reserved a room for 4 guests. Our room only had 2 towels. When the front desk was paged, we were told to go get them from the lobby. I asked if they could be brought to the room and the gentleman was nice enough to bring them. Then, we realized that the room had no hand soap and no body wash. There was only one small bottle of shampoo, conditioner and lotion. For 4 people!? We also only had 1 roll of toilet paper (whatever was in the dispenser), when we called the front desk to get more, we……
