「My friend and I came into the hotel late and settled in. We immediately noticed the couch was filthy but decided that we just wouldn’t use it since we would be there less than 12 hours. When my friend was in the shower I pulled back the sheets and discovered that there was blood on the sheets and at least one of the pillows. I felt grossed out by this as I didn’t know where else hadn’t been cleaned so I called front desk and requested to switch rooms, they hotel was clearly not fully booked, but...

「Beetles in the bathtub, air conditioner was not very good. Had a huge gap in the door frame. Inconsiderate guests were loud and obnoxious all night, and when I spoke to the lady at the front desk, she acted as if it wasn't important for her to take care of. Although the bed was comfortable, I woke up with bite marks on the back of my head from bugs. I wouldn't recommend staying there and I will not ever stay there again.」

「The staff was very helpful and kind upon arrival Friday evening as we where there for a graduation ceremony Saturday morning. The property has a huge problem with Roaches inside the rooms being used on the property. The rooms where located on the 2 nd floor for my family. 「Very disappointing stay. My pregnant wife, two young children, and I checked in and were assigned a room that was extremely hot despite the AC running. As we settled in, we discovered the smoke alarm was completely missing, one TV remote had no batteries, the other did not operate the TV, and the refrigerator emitted a strong rotten fish-like odor that filled the room when opened.
