The staff was incredible catering to my every need from the host, to the staff at the restaurant and at the bar Patrick making some incredible drinks to the individuals that made sure I always have a clean room. "I had an amazing experience at Holiday Inn Nairobi Two Rivers! The hospitality was outstanding from the moment I arrived. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the location inside Two Rivers Mall is very convenient. A special mention goes to Chef Marvin&simon from the restaurant — his dishes were absolutely delicious, full of flavor and beautifully presented. You can tell he truly cares about his craft. Also, Flarence & rincant provided excellent service; she was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect during my meals. "

"The air-conditioning is working but won't go lower than 22 degrees. The maintenance guy said he'll be back to fix the shower head but never did. Other than that, everything was great, Felt safe even with a protest going on outside."
