I was surprised that there was a hole where the mini bar should have been. I was told that it was given on request. The mini bar should have been there based on the rate charged. ”

“Until I decided to travel for a business trip to Nairobi that weekend, I had never heard about this hotel. After reading few reviews and being undecided for a couple days, I decided to give it a shot! The hotel is relatively new, in a quiet and nice area. Knowing that parking for free, I rented a car and was pleasantly surprised by the structure of the facility. Check-in was smooth and friendly. Once in the room, you could feel the freshness and the cleanness overall, with bottled water and……

“I stayed 2 nights at this hotel which is in the city centre. The rooms are not big but comfortable and clean with toiletries and coffee/tea. House keeping was efficient and my bath robe was promptly delivered. The buffet breakfast was excellent with an egg station and different selection of hot dishes offered everyday.”

“This is a modern hotel with excellent comforts! Rooms are clean and nicely decorated. A real 5 -star hotel! The only set-back is that i booked the room with breakfast. When I took the breakfast, they asked me to sign and charge to my room! I expressed that the breakfast is included in my room rate! Then things being complicated! Their female reservation manager insisted that the room is a room-only basis! This is so embarrassing! I showed her my bookig confirmation but she keep on that she……
