「很愉快的入住經驗！我們被upgrade到海景套房，景觀真的很好！樓下就是熱鬧的海邊，雖然我們住一樓，關上窗就已經聽不到外面的熱鬧了，隔音做得好好呢！房間有點小，但很有設計感~ 設備都很好，好喜歡~ 距離巴士總站走路要上十五分鐘，我們淡季前往的，沿車路走夜晚很靜很暗但安全的，沿海邊走就比較熱鬧光猛。」

The staff made sure I was looked after as I injured my knee before coming and needed some small adjustments for my room. They where super helpful and made the arrangements for me whitest checking in to make sure everything was fine. Thank you so much for the lovely stay.」

「I absolutely loved my stay here. The location is beautiful, nestled into the mountains and a short drive to Samaria Gorge and the White Mountains. There is an incredibly sweet local/rural vibe that feels very safe to walk around and see the local goats and sheep. The breakfast and meals here are incredible, some of the best meals I had in Crete. The rooms are basic but very clean.」

We arrived to a refreshing drink, an icy cold washcloth, and a comfortable place to rest. It was so nice after a long travel day. The hospitality continued for our entire stay. Parking is available but the entry and parking spots in the basement are VERY tight! Peaceful and quite since there are no kids. Nice pool and pool bar. Beach beds are free for hotel guests, which is very nice.」

「The location of Alexis Hotel is not easy accessible with public transport. Luckily we had rented a car and could reach there with the help of the local residents. Except the good seaview and breakfast, the hotel has to improve its tidiness and cleanliness in order to attract second visit from tourists.」

「The location of this hotel in the Old Town was perfect especially as we didn't rent a car. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable and the staff were amazing!!
