"No, the pancakes were still out at 330 pm when we checked in, the hot tub was half full and gross looking, there was cigarette butts all over the railings and ground, staff was hard to get a hold off. My room ended up having a broken faucet on the tub and floooded the floor. They had to shut water off to the room and we had to leave and get another hotel. We are having trouble getting a refund because they don’t answer their phones. Horrible place. Will never use again. This place should just shut down."

"My daughters and I stayed at Sequoia Lodge recently, and it was a true delight. We spent three nights there, and the experience was wonderful. The place was spotless, surrounded by beautiful nature, and within walking distance of the river—just down some steps! It's accessible, charming, and I absolutely recommend it 100%. "This was our second time staying at meadow oaks as it is such a peaceful location. Ate dinner each night on the very large porch with a great view and only hearing the river. Used the AC and it was cool and quiet , really quiet. We still haven't turned on the TV so not sure about that. Great host, great history of this property, very relaxing trip."
