“This cute cottage was the perfect setting for our anniversary getaway. It was cozy, yet spacious, felt very private, was super clean, and had everything we needed. We really liked all of the windows letting in natural light. We enjoyed nights outside watching the sunset by the fire pit, and morning coffee with the sheep. The property is situated on the most beautiful acreage. It really is country living at its best, yet only a few minutes to Main Street. The king sized bed was very comfortable,……

“Cute barn, but was 10 feet off the Highway & was a big noisy. Owners were working on property 10 yards from the glass front door so privacy wasn’t great. no ice/ ice cube trays or bottled water. Interior walls are very thin so the sound really carries ”

“We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Itz Inn and would definitely stay here again. We stayed 2 nights for our 36th wedding anniversary during Spring Break week. Unfortunately Hondo’s was closed the Monday and Tuesday that we stayed so we didn’t get to enjoy the front row seat to the entertainment downstairs. We stayed in the Back Privacy Suite which was an upstairs entry. Very cute! So easy to find. Parking was easy and getting into the suite was a breeze! Check out was also extremely easy and low……

“Great location walkable to downtown. Cute house. Upstairs shower faucet was on upside down though so you only got hot or cold water nothing in between. Should be an easy fix with just a screw driver.”

“We enjoyed this unique stay. The container is slightly not leveled; however, it did not take away from the experience we enjoyed. The view of the stars was beautiful and we were thrilled to see several deer nearby. The location is minutes away from Kerrville where you can enjoy a picnic in the park, listen to a band at Pier 27 or enjoy a meal at Black Jack. Worth the stay. We will definitely book again.”
