"Our condo was lovely, well maintained, and clean. The property exterior, as a whole, is also well kept. The balcony was a great add on and made for spending pleasant, relaxing time overlooking the water. The staff were very welcoming, efficient, and accommodating, as they responded promptly to requests. I would highly recommend, because outside of somewhat weak water pressure, this place was great.,"

"We only stayed one night before heading to Islamorada for our longer stay. Room was clean but very motel feeling. Bathroom was clean but very small and needed an upgrade. Got back from dinner around 7:45 and Tiki bar was closed( should be open till 9) I know for the price it was ok but wouldn’t stay again. "

"Wonderful location, beautiful view of the sunset. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great restaurants, live music! Two bedroom suite with sitting area, dining area, full kitchen and balcony overlooking the beach and the pool was perfect setting for our girls weekend. "

"Walking down to the pier every evening to see the sunset was great. I even got to see a manatee! There were some very good restaurants within walking distance."

"Breakfast, room and beach were great. The pool had what appeared to be black mold growing on the shallow end of the pool, especially near the steps. Ibis birds were walking around the pool& drinking from the pool water. Cement around pool appeared to have alot of brown bird droppings."

"Very well kept. Small area for waterfront viewing and sitting is nice. The small room we stayed in was dzted but clean and well kept. "
