The parking is good. There is a nice pool and restaurant. You will have breakfast with a lot of sea birds nearby and other animals waiting for you here and there. The facilities in the room are really aged and don’t work efficiently, including the toilet, sink, closet, telephone, doors.

The room was as described, and staff were accommodating. Our room faced the water; it was across the way form the scuba dive center, so we did have a lot of noise. But overall, we enjoyed our stay. The pool was great and the hotel is situated right in between 2 restaurants which was very convenient.

They gave me a room in the middle building 3rd floor. As I was getting ready to go bed I saw out the corner of my eye a black spot moving towards me in bed. It was an insect ao I just swatted it, and when I looked a stain of blood on the bed sheet. I look closely, zoomed in with my phone. A bed bug filled with blood. I start looking throughout the sheets found more filled with bugs and a few ticks on the floor. Room 306 was infested. The staff was nice enough to give me a new room which was way cleaner the moment you step in the door. Be wary, there are 2 bars on each side of the resort so you won’t get any real sleep unless you are in the middle building. Overall, it is a good location to pass a night or two. Please, get pest control in room 306 ASAP.

A bit outdated but cosmetically but it is extremely clean and the staff is very helpful. Location was great. In the middle of Key Largo with easy access to everything with a great marina. Would stay again.

Well worn property. Needs updated badly. Our toilet was not firmly attached and moved when used. The clock didn't work. The closet didn't slide to hang up clothes. Very disappointing considering the cost. I won't stay there again.

We found this to be an excellent resort hotel with very helpful staff. The premises was clean, the continental breakfast included hot breakfast sandwiches and hard boiled eggs (good protein). The pool was very large and included a hot tub. The adjacent Skippers restaurant was easily accessed. Located on one of Key Largo's many sea channels, the resort boasts 77 boat slips and provides an interesting and enjoyable walk along the docks. Our only complaint is that bathtub shower needed a grab-bar - a necessity for older vacationers. Overall we rate this accommodation with five stars - a great value for the money.

Clean room, bathroom was clean but needs updating. Super comfortable bed. We used the sister property, Hilton nexrlt doors hot tub, clean and large. Angie at the front desk was great, helpful, nice and you can tell she liked people. Only complaint is birds in their trees make a mess on your car.

We had a lovely 2nd floor marina view room with beautiful water views. The hotel was well maintained and there was evidence of rooms being renovated. But this did not disturb us in anyway. The happy hour at the hotel bar was lovely and the complimentary breakfast was idea. Will have no hesitation to stay here again .

The rooms/bathrooms were very poor condition. Everything was dated and crumbling. Worst of all, my son sliced his foot on a rusty bolt sticking up through the outdoor deck of our room. Found to find out, there were 3 rusty bolts. Very dangerous and maintenance would have known about these because others were sawed flesh to the ground. Luckily he did not require stitches but the gash will surely cause discomfort for our week ahead in the keys. The large window blind was hanging off, again dangerous. Overall this place was gross and was definitely not worth the price!
