Our visit began with a little hiccup as the unit had not been cleaned. Rebecca was very quick to respond and had someone out in an hour to handle it. From the previous reviews this is not a common occurrence. We found the unit to be comfortable and quiet. It was a bit on the cold side so we didn’t get to enjoy the porch as much as we would have liked. We spent a couple of days exploring the Everglades. It was a short drive. We had everything we needed. The listing states that the unit has a washer and dryer but that is not the case. There was a closet in the bedroom that maybe they were in but it was padlocked. The shower was very nice but be warned the water can get very hot. It was a very nice place to stay and I would very much recommend staying here.

Beautiful settings, comfortable beds and we loved the fishing supplies that were provided. Which included kayaks, tackle, 6 fishing rods and a cooler. We enjoyed the outdoor tiki area and the private dock. Kitchen was equipped with all the needed cooking and dining in supplies. We loved the new induction cooktop!!! The streets were lined with coconut trees, which my little one loved! A much needed tropical getaway! Rebecca the property manager was so kind and accommodating! She suggested restaurants and a secret fishing spot! Which was definitely a highlight of the trip.

This tiny house has everything you need! We kayaked off the dock, swam in the pool & grilled fresh fish from the local market. Check in & check out were easy and the place is super clean. Snorkeling trip from Pennekamp SP & biking in the Everglades were really fun day trips!

Perfect Getaway
