This condo is beautiful and equipped with everything you need. Barefeet Rentals was responsive and came to fix one of the ac units as soon as we called. The property, pool and landscaping is amazing. Would definitely stay again.

The townhome was lovely and well appointed. The description and pictures were a perfect match to the property. The amenities were top notch. We loved the complex and the location. One recommendation would be to have the complex trim the greenery around the sign just before the entrance on 1 north.

Great Family Get Away

Beautiful property with plenty of room for the nine of us. There were a few minor maintenance items but for the most part we had everything we needed to hang out and enjoy a nice long weekend together.

Great property and location! Property was spotless. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and assured with any needs or questions. The rental company exceeded our expectations and needs. Little touches like towels, cups and snacks were great! Check in and out was a breeze and an early check in made our stay even better.

We really enjoyed the property and had a great family vacation. The condo was beautiful, spacious, and in a great location. We had 8 people and never felt crowded. Beautiful accommodations, great property, and responsive staff.Only had to make 1 call and it was handled professionally and in a timely manner. Manager's Response: Thank you.. We work hard to provide timely service and it is so nice to hear that we accomplished that goal.

We loved the unit.

We loved the unit. It’s showing some wear and tear, but overall it was great. Very spacious and the location was wonderful. Take a day trip to Key West and take the Conch Train tour. Also, Islamarodo is beautiful. Eat at Sharky’s in Key Largo and Two Friends in Key West. Very friendly and helpful. We were very satisfied with the customer service and quick check in process.

不滿：聯絡溝通和房源資料準確度
So disappointed in this company. Rented a place that sleeps 10. It only slept 8 and we ended up having two adults sleeping on the couch. The even worse disappointing part was that management from Barefeet Rentals refused to call us to discuss the problem and how to help us. We called every day and the people that answered the phone were nice and tried to be helpful but they couldn't do anything about it. We emailed, left messages, gave our phone number for a return call every day and NOTHING. Horrible customer service. Also, if the paper you signed for guest and parking from the Mariners Club said there was street parking, there is not. Your car will get towed and you will have to pay 25 a night in a boat yard to park your car. Not ideal. To say the least, I would never book though Barefeet Rentals again and will tell everyone I know the same thing. If only the owners of the actual condo knew how their management company handled their property.
